RFC Security Group is a leading Security and Car Park Management Service provider in Dublin. Other than Car Park Management and Security Services, RFC Group also provides Courier services to local businesses and pharmacy groups. RFC previously had separate IT systems for Car Park Management, Security ,Courier service etc. Saash took the challenge of designing and developing a new web-based software for managing all three business Operations through a single software with mobile app for field users. The project was named – RFC Goldtrack.

RFC Goldtrack controls the operations of the entire group and for the field officers in all the three departments, using the RFC Goldtrack mobile app. With real time reporting; the control room of RFC can efficiently control their car parking, security and courier operations in a smooth and efficient manner. The system features Dashboard, Issue Monitor, NFC Checkpoint scan, Bar code and scanner for courier and also dedicated secure login for clients to view the operations and services provided by RFC at their own locations etc. The software also produces reports and KPI’s for the management and accounts team.

We decided to use Saash to build our RFC Gold track software and app .This was not an easy task as we have so many different divisions to our business .We found other companies did not fully understand what we wanted to achieve and were telling us what they wanted to do; where Binesh and Saash really listened to us and worked closely with us every step of the way to give us exactly what we wanted .
